General terms and conditions of e-commerce
These terms and conditions apply when the customer orders products on the Shop-Tetuan online store page tetuan.fi. By placing an order, you accept the general terms and conditions. These terms do not affect your rights under Finnish law. Shop-Tetuan has the right to suspend the online store if necessary, for example to perform maintenance.
Shop-Tetuan reserves the right to change these terms and conditions for a justified reason by notifying you by e-mail, in writing or via the online store. The order is subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering, which you must read before ordering.
The prices of the products are denominated in euros (EUR) and include the current VAT, which is currently 24%. Prices do not include handling or shipping costs. The prices we state at the time of ordering are valid throughout the customer's purchase process.
Shop-Tetuan reserves the right to cancel the order in case of a clear price error. A clear price error in an online store means that the price of the product clearly and significantly differs from the actual price of the product (for example, if the product has a price of 0.00 euros or the product has no price at all). In such a case, the incorrect price is so clearly different from the correct price that you are deemed to understand that the price information is incorrect.
An agreement binding on the parties is created when Shop-Tetuan has sent a separate order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided (Order Confirmation). Confirmation is made as soon as Shop-Tetuan has received the order and payment has been successfully made. Orders placed on a Friday, Easter Eve or Holy Day will be confirmed no later than 18:00 on the following working day. The order can only be confirmed if Shop-Tetuan is able to verify the customer's home address.
Shop-Tetuan reserves the right to reject your order in individual cases. Shop-Tetuan does not guarantee the availability of e-commerce products in all situations. All purchases made with your customer ID will be considered your purchases. For this reason, it is important that you store customer IDs carefully so that they do not become known to outsiders.
Delivery time & delivery notification
The delivery time for products in stock is usually about 1-3 working days from the time Shop-Tetuan has sent the order confirmation. Delivery time is an estimate. In the event of a significant delay in delivery, you have the right to cancel the transaction. Shop-Tetuan is not liable for any damages caused by exceeding the estimated delivery time. During public holidays (eg Christmas), delivery times may be slightly longer.
Shop-Tetuan receives and delivers orders in the order in which they arrive.
When ordering, you must state whether you want to pick up the package from the Shop-Tetuan store, delivery to the Post office or delivery to your home address. You will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up. The notification will be sent to your e-mail or, if you have entered your mobile phone number, via SMS.
If you have indicated that you will pick up the order from a Post office, a valid ID and Post's arrival notification or parcel delivery code must be included when picking up the order. The order must be picked up within 14 days of arrival notification.
Delivery method and shipping costs
As a resident of Finland, you can choose the delivery method:
Pickup from Shop-Tetuan store.
Pick-up from a Posti's office.
Posti's home delivery (not currently in use).
You can choose to have your order delivered to the Posti's office according to the address you provided. The delivery costs of the package via Posti's are € 4.90, regardless of the number of products ordered. Delivery costs with Posti home delivery cost € 9.90.
If pick-up from a Posti's office has been selected as the delivery method, you can monitor the progress of the shipment on Posti's website under Tracking of shipments. Shipment tracking is a service provided by Posti, which may be subject to restrictions imposed by Posti.
The products are delivered in one shipment
Shop-Tetuan cannot guarantee the availability of products in all circumstances. If, exceptionally, any of the products you have ordered are not available, Shop-Tetuan will notify you and deliver only those products that are available. Shop-Tetuan will refund any products you have not paid for.
Shop-Tetuan does not send post-deliveries.
Checkout is a secure payment method for you. We have a payment institution license issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6) and Checkout Finland Oy is part of OP Financial Group.
The checkout payment service will forward your payment to the merchant. If Checkout Finland Oy appears on your statement or credit card invoice, we have forwarded your payment.
The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory and other obligations related to the transaction. If you want to complain or return the product, you should contact the online store where the product was ordered directly.
You have payment buttons for all Finnish banks at your disposal. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-pank and Ålandsbanken. Checkout Finland Oy is shown as the payee on your account statement, we forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.

Credit card payments
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Checkout appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely with a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
Mobile payment methods
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Transfer are services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases by bank transfer from your account or by card payment from your card by accepting the payment in that application. Pivo also accepts Transfer payments, so the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Transfer.

Bill and installment services
Invoice and installment services through Checkout are provided by OP, Collector, Jousto and AfterPay. Collector also offers invoice and installment options for corporate customers.

When you choose Klarna's invoice as your payment method, your transactions are safe and easy.
You will always receive the products you have ordered before you pay for them

Exchange and return
The products you order have a full right of exchange and return for 14 days from receipt of the products.
You have the right to exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it. You must have a return form and the receipt that came with the package. Products must be unused and undamaged, and the original price tags and labels must still be affixed to the products.
Return to Shop-Tetuan store.
The most convenient way to return the product is to contact our store (Station Tunnel). When returning the product to the store, you must bring a return form and the receipt that came with the package. The money will be returned to your account.
Return by Posti.
You can also return the products by posti to Shop-Tetuan. Returning the products will not cost you. You must follow the return instructions on the return form. Shop-Tetuan does not redeem cash on delivery returns.

You can return the product in the same package in which it arrived. Be sure to include a completed return form.
Deliver the package to the nearest Posti office and state that this is a Shop-Tetuan e-commerce return. (Customer return ID: 604992)
Replacement and return instructions
Products have a 14-day exchange / return policy. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it and get your money back. When returning the product, follow these steps:
1. The returned product must be unused and the price and any other labels must be in place.
2. The fastest way to handle a return is to take the product to the Station Tunnel store (remember the receipt and return form), where the returned product will be checked and the amount you paid will be credited to your account.
3. If you wish, you can return the product to any Post office (remember the return form). Preferably use the same package in which the product was delivered to you for the return. Be sure to keep the receipt you received for the return. The refund is free of charge for you.
4. If you paid for your purchase online and return the product via Post, the refund will be for the same payment method you used to pay for your order.
If you want to return all the products you have ordered, we will also refund you the shipping costs you have paid, but if you return only some of the products, you will only get back the amount you paid for the returned products.

Shop-Tetuan is responsible for ensuring that each shipment is carefully checked before it is sent to the customer. If you still receive a faulty or incorrect product, please report the error to you immediately.
The most convenient way to complain is to contact our store. Complaints can also be made by sending the defective product back to Shop-Tetuan using the return form (home / exchange and return). When you complain about a faulty product, you must state the reason for the complaint. If you wish to cancel the transaction, payment will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the defective product by Shop-Tetuan.
In all its activities, Shop-Tetuan follows the recommendations of the consumer authorities.
Shop-Tetuan shall not be liable for delays and damages resulting from an obstacle beyond its control which it could not reasonably have foreseen or the consequences of which it could not avoid. Force majeure includes e.g. industrial action, illness of staff, import and export bans and disruptions in transport. If the force majeure persists for more than three months, both Shop-Tetuan and the customer have the right to cancel the orders without penalty or delay.
When paying with a credit card in the Shop-Tetua online store, we use Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication systems to ensure the security of your payment transaction. For your security, we also do not store your debit card number at any time. This way, no one will be able to misuse your information later.
In order to protect the customer, Shop-Tetuan reserves the right to check the customer's identity, the validity of the card, the adequacy of the credit for the purchase in question and the customer's address information in connection with the card payment. Shop-Tetuan is responsible for the personal data that the customer provides to Shop-Tetuan or that Shop-Tetuan receives in connection with the customer's order. Shop-Tetuan takes care of the proper processing and storage of customer data. The information is used in the conclusion and execution of the supply contract, in targeted marketing activities organized by Shop-Tetuan, in the collection of payments and in other situations related to the management of the customer relationship. The information collected by Shop-Tetuan is used only within the Group and Shop-Tetuan does not disclose the information to third parties. The customer can check the customer information held by Shop-Tetuan by contacting customer service at email@example.com.
In order to do business in the online store, the customer must be at least 15 years old. The consent of a guardian is required for purchases by minors. A minor can only pay via online banking, the age limit for credit purchases is 18 years.
Orders outside Finland
For the time being, orders are only delivered to addresses located in mainland Finland.
